They're really helpful and the watch was half the price as it is in the shops in the UK. I sent it to Tag to check for authenticity and it was 100% genuine. N.B There will be an import tax to pay if you don't have someone in the US to have it shipped to & that can bring it over for you. The whole complex does cheap retail goods, so they may be worth a call. Unfortunately, the shop is one of a very few that doesn't have a link on the Outlet's website. We then went on holiday to Barbados and found one that cost £875 in britain for £600 in Barbados. My advice is to try companies outside of Britain, cos we charge so much for them.
