How to identify an authentic genuine Tag Heuer Watch?

1) if you bought it online, assume it’s fake unless the site shows the dealer is authorized. And a well known site, like Tourneau… not one of those you learn about by getting a spam email, watches-for-cheap.com or whatever.

2) Take it to an authorized dealer and ask. Counterfeit goods are a billion dollar a year industry. They’re making them better and better so it’s harder to tell. Only an authorized dealer can make sure 100%. Your local mall probably has a higher end jewelry store chain that sells Tags and can look at it for you.

(… and if you’re embarrassed about it being fake, just tell them you got it from your sister who happens to travel to Mexico or China a lot, so you can’t be sure if this is from one of her trips or truly a special gift from her…)
