I’ve heard stories of anything between 4 and 16 weeks. Does anyone have any experience?

It would first depend on what kind of watch. Quartz models are easier and therefore quicker to service than a mechanical version. Also does it have chronograph mechanism?

Typically a service would take between 3-6 weeks. If you have taken one into a jewellers to have serviced and are wondering what’s taking so long, find out if they have sent it to Tag Heuer or a private watch-repairer?

I have been to their service centre in Manchester and I can assure you they really do a thorough job when they service their watches. They are owned by LVMH (one of the top luxury goods conglomerates in the world) and also service such brands as Zenith, Dior, Chaumet and FRED.
